For Pageant Directors

Our base package covers everything you need to document finals week from start to finish:

• One dedicated photographer for the entire week

• Coverage of all shows and events, including prelims, finals, state costume, optionals, orientation, welcome party, and more

• Complimentary access to all final images (typically 2,000–10,000+) for pageant management to use in marketing, promotion, and archives

Your cost: a hotel room for our photographer during the event, plus official sponsor recognition as your pageant’s photography partner for the year.

For Contestants

We make it easy for contestants to access high-quality images of their pageant experience:

• Flat-rate packages ($175–$350) with no hidden fees

• A personal online album with all images they appear in, plus any mini shoot sessions scheduled during the week

• Fast turnaround — photos delivered within 24–48 hours, perfect for sharing on social media during pageant week

Mini Sessions

A contestant favorite!

Mini sessions are short, studio-style shoots offered exclusively during pageant week. They’re the perfect way for contestants to capture polished, professional images beyond the stage. These are included when a contestant purchases a photography package during pageant week.

• Studio quality: Each contestant receives 2–4 fully edited portraits with a sleek, polished look
